Our vision at GATE is to create a healthy, respectful and competitive work environment for our staff such that they are given an opportunity to work in their field of interest as well as to fully express their talents. Our goal is to make sure that each of our employees is nurtured to handle their own projects and delivery quality product to our clients. Our mission is to address problems and provide expertise for sectors such as reservoir engineering, flow assurance, chemical program & systems management, asset integrity management, process design, operations support, and start-up procedure development. This enables us to provide a balanced service to our Clients that ensures the interfaces between various disciplines are adequately recognized and addressed. This results in smoother facility start-ups, and increased whole-life value for existing developments.
GATE will also continue providing charitable support to the following:
